You report to, Sari Ek-Petroff, Manager, Learning & Development. Collaborate with Compensation & Benefit Specialist and Finance to ensure Enento´s compensation framework is reviewed and benchmarked to ensure attraction, motivation and retention of employees.

  • Together with Manager, Learning & Development develop, drive and implement the learning & development agenda as well as operational work, like set up internal e-learnings, classroom training and drive communication related to training and development.
  • Gather information and design employee surveys, and exit interviews as well as analyze the data and create presentations on data analytics to be presented to the management team.
  • LXP, HRIS, managers- and employee handbook, employee engagement tool.
  • Be one of the superusers in our HR systems, f.ex.
  • Develop and implement new HR policies and maintain and ensure continuous improvements of the company’s HR systems, processes and policies to ensure that HR initiatives run smoothly, are compliant, contribute to a healthy work environment and remain cost-effective.
  • You will contribute to the execution of our employee experience strategy that touches all points of the employee lifecycle in collaboration with the Nordic HR team. To do so you will take lead for different initiatives and projects on a tactical level and monitor the results. Together with the team you will develop the strategic direction for the HR function and formulate tactical plans to achieve the strategies, as well as drive the implementation of defined plans. The mission of a People Experience & Development PartnerĪt the core of the role, your mission is to support the HR team in driving the HR strategy and people agenda aligned with the overall business strategy. We are excited to see what you bring to our mix! As a team, we strive to work according to Agile HR principles and collaborate in different constellations optimized for the task. Today the Nordic HR Team consists of 9 people with different competencies and backgrounds working as HR Business Partners and specialists within Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Analytics and Talent Acquisition - and hopefully soon also you.
